(NewsNation Now) — A tiny baby boy in Hobbs, New Mexico spent the first 6 hours of his life shivering naked in a dumpster as temperatures dropped to 20 degrees. Thankfully, trash pickers found him alive. Joe Imbriale owns the store in front of where the baby was dumped. He joins us live. Attorney Charles Oberly also weighs on the case against the baby’s mother. He represented a University of Delaware student back in the 90’s after she and her boyfriend infamously dumped their newborn in a dumpster.
