California businesses can’t fire employees for off-duty drug use

(NewsNation) — California passed a state law that prohibits employers from firing people for off-duty use of marijuana.

Former Associate White House Counsel May Mailman says the law is a bad idea that will contribute to the “continual downward spiral” of California.
