Banfield: Scott Peterson resentenced, possible break in double murder of Indiana girls

Nearly 17 years after being sentenced to die, Scott Peterson was resentenced to life without parole Wednesday during an emotional hearing in which family members of his slain pregnant wife, Laci, called him out for the killing in 2002 and his apparent lack of remorse.

Mark Geragos, who represented Scott Peterson in his 2005, and podcast host Adam Carolla join “Banfield” to discuss. Former prosecutor and defense attorney, Michael Cardoza also joins the show.

Also, on “Banfield.”

Could there be a break in a 4-year-old double murder mystery? A fake Instagram page has been linked to the killings of two girls in Delphi, Indiana.

Andrew Iden, producer and co-host of HLN’s popular podcast “Down the Hill: The Delphi Murders” joins “Banfield” to discuss the investigation.
