US marks slowest population growth since the Depression, number of House seats to change in several states

The United States population rose to 331,449,281, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. That increase is 7.4% from the previous Census in 2010 and is 2nd slowest growth ever. NewsNation’s Tom Negovan reports.
