A federal judge has blocked Montana’s first-in-the-nation law banning TikTok in the state. As House Republicans are close to wrapping up their investigation into President Joe Biden, Rep. Tim Burchett, R-Tenn., thinks it will be “tough” for Democrats to keep Biden on their 2024 ticket. “They know they’ve got a problem,” Burchett told “The Hill.” Democratic strategist Ameshia Cross disagrees and insists Biden “is going to be there” at the top of the Democratic ticket.

Fighting has resumed as the cease-fire between Israel and Hamas ended Friday. Arwa Damon, a former CNN senior international correspondent who founded the International Network for Aid, Relief and Assistance, says with Israel restarting the bombarding of Gaza, it is a terrifying time for those who live there, especially as those in the South have been told to evacuate.
