The trial of a Florida woman accused of zipping her boyfriend into a suitcase and leaving him outside until he died has been postponed until July. Sarah Boone faces second-degree murder charges for the death of 42-year-old Jorge Torres Jr, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Investigators linked a New Jersey lawyer to the sexual assaults of four women in Boston about 15 years ago by retrieving DNA from a drinking glass he had used, prosecutors said. Matthew Nilo entered a not guilty plea to multiple charges, including three counts of aggravated rape. Vince Demore, former chief of District Courts in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, tells NewsNation host Dan Abrams he thinks the case will “rise and fall on the admissibility of the DNA.”
